




WHERE CORNWALL IS

ROCK - 2 MILES
This beautiful coastal area is great for water sports and sailing, and is just a short distance from Treweens. Don’t be fooled by its name, Rock is home to a mile-long sandy beach which provides gorgeous scenery all year round. The town also boasts a Michelin starred restaurant.
CAMEL ESTUARY - 2 MILES
This breath-taking area stretches from Wadebridge all the way down to Padstow Bay, and is classed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Put on your walking boots, or get on your bike, and discover the 18-mile Camel trail (as well as the pubs along the way!), you won’t regret it.
ST ENODOC - 2 MILES
Ranked 99th in the world, St Enodoc is a haven for golfers. With two world-class courses, there’s plenty of opportunity to get a swing or two in. Meanwhile, history buffs can visit St Enodoc chapel which can be traced all the way back to 1299; or you could just have a g&t in the clubhouse bar!
SOUTH WEST COASTAL PATH
At 630 miles long, this coastal path is definitely not a walk to do in one day! Instead, why not try one of the shorter routes nearby? Pack a picnic and explore Cornwall’s iconic coast. There are plenty of trails to suit all abilities, just don’t forget to take a camera - the views are exquisite.
SURFER'S PARADISE - 3 MILES
Wiggle into your wetsuit and head down to Polzeath beach for a great surfing spot. This Blue Flag beach has water quality and safety which meets the highest standards, making it a great place for beginners. If you’re looking for a tougher surf, there are plenty to choose from along the coast.
DOC MARTIN FANS - 2 MILES
Fans of Doc Martin will be pleased to hear that we are just a short distance from Port Isaac where the show is filmed. This picturesque fishing village is just as you imagine, quaint and pretty. Visit Doc Martin’s surgery, or enjoy a pint of local ale in the cast’s favourite sport, the Golden Lion Pub.
